- 1/4 cup halved Cheese (40g)
- 2 tsp crushed Coriander
- 1 tsp crushed Mint
- 1 small Potato
- 1 green Chili
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Roasted Jeera
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Pani Puri Masala
- 1 small Onion
Bondi:
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Oil
