Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup halved Cheese (40g)
  • 2 tsp crushed Coriander
  • 1 tsp crushed Mint
  • 1 small Potato
  • 1 green Chili
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Roasted Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Pani Puri Masala
  • 1 small Onion

Bondi:

  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat an oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cheese until golden. Transfer the baked cheese to a bowl and season with Black Salt, Chaat Masala, and a pinch of ground Black Pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix diced Potato, chopped Green Chili, Black Salt, a squeeze of Lemon Juice, finely chopped Onion, Pani Puri Masala, Jeera, crushed Coriander, and crushed Mint. Stir well.
  3. Divide the potato mixture between two cheese slices and cook in a non-stick pan till crispy from both sides.
