Charity auction upcoming for Toni Kroos' soccer table.
One-of-a-Kind Foosball Table Designed by Toni Kroos Up for Auction
A unique foosball table, designed by German football star Toni Kroos, is currently being auctioned on www.zoll-auktion.de. The proceeds from the auction will support children and youth sports in Greifswald, Germany.
The table, crafted from high-quality woods such as beech and birch, is in tournament size and features the Hanseatic colors blue and red, Greifswald landmarks like the Dom St. Nikolai or the Eldena monastery ruins, and the inscription "Toni Kroos - Greifswald native." The playing figures on the table are in the club colors red and white of Greifswalder FC.
The foosball table was specially crafted for Toni Kroos' visit to his hometown and has been played on during several notable events. It was first unveiled during the presentation of the Order of Merit of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on July 18, 2023. Toni Kroos himself played a game against Minister President Manuela Schwesig and Mayor Dr. Stefan Fassbinder on this table.
The table's design was created by Uwe Gildhorn and Jens Reich, who are known for their unique and eye-catching creations. The table stands out with its distinctive design, making it a true collector's item.
From mid-October, sports clubs can apply to the Greifswald Sports Association for the funds provided for training camps and sportswear for children from low-income families. The funds raised from the auction will contribute to these efforts.
Bidding for the foosball table is possible until Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The auction for the table is being held on www.zoll-auktion.de, and it comes with an original autograph by Toni Kroos. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a piece of sports history while supporting a good cause!
