The Rubicon Center for Experimental Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Technologies, a Russian institution at the forefront of UAV development, has been making waves in the ongoing conflict in the Rubtsovsk direction.

In a series of events, the center's operators have been targeting concealed elements of communication systems, fire positions, and temporary deployment points of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. These operations have been documented in footage provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The footage, recorded at the Rubicon Center, shows aerial combat groups using UAV technologies to shoot down reconnaissance and strike drones. These drones have been observed targeting automotive and armored vehicles, including foreign-made ones, and taking out formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The event depicted in the footage occurred on the Rubtsovsk direction, with the targets being the Ukrainian Armed Forces' formations. The subjects in the footage are operators from the Rubicon Center.

Russian servicemen have also showcased footage of aerial ramming of enemy UAVs, further highlighting the center's advanced capabilities.

The disruptive impact of the Rubicon Center’s UAV technologies on Ukrainian operations has been emphasized by security officials. They describe the drones as a major challenge for Ukraine’s aerial defense capabilities.

The Rubicon Center's role in the Rubtsovsk direction conflict appears to be the operational use of combat drones to strike critical Ukrainian military targets. This enhances Russia’s offensive drone capabilities in the ongoing conflict.
