Celeste Rivas's mother publicly discloses details about her daughter's boyfriend, following the recent development in the D4vd Tesla case.
In a shocking turn of events, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is investigating the death of 13-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who went missing from Lake Elsinore in April 2024. The LAPD has confirmed that Celeste's body was found inside a bag in the front truck of singer D4vd's Tesla.
The Tesla, registered in Hempstead, Texas, to D4vd (whose real name is David Anthony Burke), had been impounded earlier this month. According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, Celeste was reported missing in April 2024. Her date of death has been listed as September 8, and her cause of death has been deferred, meaning it is pending investigation.
Celeste's mother reported that she had a boyfriend named David. Interestingly, D4vd and Celeste's boyfriend share the same tattoo on their right index finger. However, as of the current report, D4vd has not reacted to the recent updates on the case.
The LAPD is treating this incident as a homicide. The body was found in a Tesla's front truck, wrapped inside a bag. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
A missing person poster for Celeste was published by the Riverside County Sheriff, but as of now, there is no information available about any person identified by the LAPD as a suspect in connection with her disappearance in April 2024.
D4vd, known for his popular music, had a scheduled concert in Seattle on Wednesday, but it has been canceled due to the ongoing investigation. The LAPD will be the point of contact for any further details regarding this tragic case.
Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of Celeste Rivas Hernandez during this difficult time. The investigation is ongoing, and we will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
