The ship’s culinary programme takes centre stage, led by Brazilian chef Janaína Torres—named World’s Best Female Chef 2024. Torres shaped the dining concepts for all six main venues, including Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, Mosaic, and Bazaar. She also served as the ship’s godmother during its christening in Fort Lauderdale in November 2025.
Dining extends beyond meals, with Bazaar transforming into a rotating cultural space tied to each itinerary.
