Celebrities Rally in Dresden: Kicking Off for Their Cause

The 2nd Benefit Cup is set to take place at the Heinz-Steyer-Stadion in Dresden on September 28, from 10:00 to 18:00. This free entry family sports event promises a day filled with excitement and fun, all while raising funds for three worthy causes: the Freital Animal Shelter, the Erlicht Animal Sanctuary, and the Lacrima Children and Youth Grief Center.

The 2nd Benefit Cup was initiated by Martin Selle (35) and Stefan Lasch (39), two individuals passionate about making a difference in their community. One of the highlights of the event will be the participation of Eric Sindermann (37), a former professional handball player, boxer, and grandson of the last President of the People's Chamber of the GDR, Horst Sindermann (†1990). While Sindermann will only be on the pitch for a short time due to a commitment on RTL+ at 'Ultimate Hype' in kickboxing a week after the Cup, his presence is sure to add an air of excitement.

The event will feature 24 teams, and Benny Kirsten (38), former Dynamo goalkeeper, will be present to give autographs from 12:30. For those looking for some entertainment during halftime, the Berlin rappers "Die Bierbrudis" will take the stage.

In addition to the sports action and entertainment, there will be opportunities to help make a difference. You can donate, buy raffle tickets, or bid in an auction. More information can be found at benefiz-cup-dresden.de.

As of now, the 2nd Benefit Cup has already raised over 14,000 euros in donations. With your support, we can help even more animals and children in need. Dresden influencer Lyn Kühnster (33) is already showing her support on social media, encouraging others to join in.

Join us on September 28 at the Heinz-Steyer-Stadion for a day of fun, sports, and charity. Together, we can make a difference in our community.
