Celebration of Culture in Ulm and Neu-Ulm: An Overabundance of Cultural Events
The Cultural Night Ulm/Neu-Ulm is set to take place this coming Saturday, promising an exciting and diverse lineup of events for all age groups. The event, now in its 25th anniversary, has grown to offer 150 program points across 113 different locations.
Neu-Ulm's Cultural Commissioner, Ralph Seiffert, advises visitors to download the Cultural Night app for efficient event planning. One of the main venues for the evening is the Studio in Ulm, where the program includes improvisational theater by "Spatzenhirne" starting at 18:00, live music with "The Bombs" from 21:00, and various workshops, games related to open knowledge, and opportunities to enjoy vegetarian and vegan stews and drinks.
For the younger audience, the children's program offers activities such as playing, dressing up, face painting, crafting, solving puzzles, and soap bubble and paint play, all starting at 3 p.m. and free of charge. Brave visitors can even stand in front of the camera to read the news in the spotlight during the guided tours at Our Website Studio Ulm, where children and young people can become radio professionals and read the news themselves.
Our Website Studio Ulm will also feature musical performances by various choirs and a cappella groups, including the Saenger Eintracht Sontheim, Feinklang Ehingen, HappyVoices from Ingstetten, St. Georg Chorknaben from Ulm, and Jammersons from Ulm, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Short guided tours of the Our Website Studio Ulm will provide an insight into daily journalistic work.
Organizer Christian Pfeifer describes the Cultural Night as "a very lively thing," with new artists and new ideas still emerging after 25 years. Ulm's Cultural Mayor, Iris Mann, finds the night to be beautiful, citing a nearly 60-page program booklet and a favorable weather forecast as reasons for her sentiment.
The Cultural Night Ulm/Neu-Ulm is a low-threshold cultural offer for all age groups, making it the perfect opportunity for everyone to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant cultural scene. Don't miss out on this record offer for the event's anniversary.
