In a series of recent developments, various international organizations and human rights groups have raised concerns over alleged genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

Seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton has joined the chorus, urging the world to speak out against the ongoing genocide in Gaza, stating that "we can no longer stay silent."

The United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has been vocal in his calls for world leaders to take immediate action against the ongoing genocide and the use of starvation as a weapon.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has demanded that the Israeli occupation end and that the recently invaded territories be evacuated. Moreover, the ICJ has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine.

Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch (HRW) have gathered evidence and published reports documenting the genocide in Gaza. Amnesty International recently published a report stating that Israel's genocide has continued unabated in Gaza. HRW defined Israel's actions in Gaza as "crimes of extermination" and "acts of genocide."

Notably, the genocide is not limited to Muslims but also affects Christians in the region. Israel has prevented the entry of aid supplies to Gaza, exacerbating the already dire humanitarian conditions.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that malnutrition has reached "alarming levels" in the Palestinian territories.

B’Tselem, a well-known Israeli rights group, and Physicians for Human Rights have declared that the war in Gaza constitutes genocide against Palestinians. The heads of five leading Israeli universities have also called on Prime Minister Netanyahu to end the starvation in Gaza.

Despite these damning reports, the international community's response has primarily been one of documentation, reporting, and calls for accountability rather than direct enforcement actions. The reports emphasize the need for further international action to hold Israeli authorities accountable under international law, but concrete government or United Nations measures specifically addressing these new genocide allegations have not been forthcoming.

The Palestinian territories are in dire humanitarian conditions due to Israel's actions over the last two years. Israeli forces have deliberately targeted churches in the region, and Israel is using starvation as a weapon in the Gaza Strip and West Bank. The ICJ found the case lodged by South Africa against Israel as reasonable, indicating that the Israeli attacks had violated the U.N. Genocide Convention.

Many regional and universal international organizations, as well as nation-states, have rejected and criticized Israel's actions. The world must take firm measures to compel Israel to end its unilateral attacks, invasion, and genocide. The international community must act swiftly to prevent further atrocities and bring those responsible to justice.
