Need for 600 Background Actors in ARD Series Depicting Germany as a Dictatorship - cast call for over 600 lookalikes to portray life under dictatorship in Germany series on ARD
Approximately 600 background actors and supporting roles are required for filming in the Cologne area. The highly-anticipated ARD series, "All Heroes Are Bastards," is under production for the ARD media library, according to casting agency Eick & Weber.
This gripping series delves into an alternate history of Germany, where a totalitarian regime violently oppresses marginalized communities. Filming is expected to take place from mid-July all the way through October.

"We're casting individuals from all ethnicities, nations, genders, and ages, ranging from 18-80," stated CEO Burkhard Eick. In search of numerous families, students and teachers, muscular, athletic men, young adults for an international choir, and much more, the production team is leaving no stone unturned.
