Juliette Binoche also expressed her concerns for "hostages of October 7 and all the hostages, prisoners, drowned who endure terror and die in a terrible sense of abandonment". Nearly 400 personalities from the global film industry, including Pedro Almodovar and Richard Gere, urged to break "the silence" in the face of "genocide" in the Palestinian enclave.
