Calisthenics Koblenz: What's Behind the Trend Sport
A new calisthenics community has taken root in Koblenz-Güls, offering free weekly training for all skill levels. Founded in early 2025 by Dominik and Alex, the group focuses on bodyweight strength and movement mastery. Their sessions welcome anyone eager to learn, from beginners to advanced athletes.
Dominik and Alex launched the community after favouring independent training over traditional gyms. Every Saturday, they lead structured sessions in Koblenz-Güls, splitting the time into two parts. The first hour builds foundational skills, while the second allows for free practice and personalised coaching.
Participants receive tailored tips, regardless of experience. Beyond weekly training, the group shares updates on extra sessions, workshops, and events via Instagram and WhatsApp. Their long-term plans include hosting a major competition in 2026 and developing young talent to represent Koblenz at future events. No sponsors or partners for the 2026 event have been announced yet.
The Koblenz-Güls calisthenics community continues to grow, offering free access to bodyweight training and expert guidance. With regular sessions and plans for a 2026 competition, the group aims to put Koblenz on the map for strength and skill development. Updates on events and training remain available through their social media channels.
