Bundesliga Roundup: Niners Chemnitz, Gladiators Trier, Alba Berlin, Bayern Munich Triumph

Niners Chemnitz and Vet-Concept Gladiators Trier secured victories in the Bundesliga, while Alba Berlin and FC Bayern Munich also emerged triumphant. Meanwhile, Basketball Lions Braunschweig suffered their third loss of the season.

In a rematch of last season's playoff quarter-final, Niners Chemnitz exacted revenge with a 90:83 win over MLP Academics Heidelberg. Kevin Yebo and Corey Davis both recorded double-doubles, with Yebo scoring 20 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, and Davis contributing 19 points and 10 assists.

Vet-Concept Gladiators Trier maintained their perfect record with a 92:87 overtime win against BMA365 Bamberg Baskets. Eli Brooks led the scoring with 24 points.

Alba Berlin cruised to a 97:78 victory over Science City Jena, with Malte Delow setting a new personal Bundesliga career high with 20 points.

FC Bayern Munich overcame Veolia Towers Hamburg 96:79 in their second Bundesliga game. Despite scoring 30 points in the first quarter, they allowed Hamburg to catch up briefly. However, Xavier Rathan-Mayes sealed the game with two consecutive three-pointers in the final quarter, scoring 18 points in total.

Basketball Lions Braunschweig suffered their third loss of the season, falling 73:95 at home to the Skyliners Frankfurt.

Niners Chemnitz and Vet-Concept Gladiators Trier continue to impress with their victories, while Alba Berlin and FC Bayern Munich also secure wins. Basketball Lions Braunschweig, however, face a challenging start to the season with their third loss.
