Bullfighting celebration honors San Bernardo and El Amor brotherhoods, paying tribute to the Vázquez dynasty
The vibrant city of Seville is gearing up for its annual bullfighting festival, taking place on the 13th of October. This year, the event is in honour of the Vázquez dynasty and will benefit the brotherhoods of San Bernardo and El Amor, as well as the Alalá Foundation and the brotherhood of the Rocío de Triana.
The poster for this year's festival, painted in the style of graffiti, showcases Pepe Luis Vázquez Silva greeting from the third, with the Puerta del Príncipe open behind him. Various allusions to the brotherhoods of the festival can be appreciated in the depiction. The artwork was created by Javier Jiménez Sánchez-Dalp with creative design by Ignacio Sabater.
This year's lineup includes some of the most renowned matadors, such as José María Manzanares, Alejandro Talavante, Juan Ortega, Pablo Aguado, Manolo Vázquez, Javier Zulueta, and Manuel Domínguez.
