Buchwald Launches Creators Division with Top Talent Agents at the Helm

Buchwald has launched a new division called Buchwald Creators, specialising in branding, digital strategy, and creator representation. The agency has also brought on two experienced talent agents, Mia Conte and Michael Del Moral, to lead its expansion in this area. Mia Conte joins Buchwald Creators with a background in entertainment partnerships and brand strategy. She previously worked at Bad Moon Talent, a division of Studio Now, as well as at Twitch. Her role will focus on strengthening the agency’s ties with digital creators and brands.

Michael Del Moral also brings significant experience to the team. Before joining Buchwald, he worked at Clear Talent Group, where he represented comedians and dancers. He also led brand campaigns and creator activations at major events.

Both Conte and Del Moral will operate from Buchwald’s Los Angeles office. They will work under Max Nagler, who became Vice President of Branding & Creators at Buchwald in 2025 and now leads the new division.

Buchwald Creators already represents a diverse roster of clients. This includes digital creators, medical professionals, comedians, and podcasters, reflecting the division’s broad focus on modern talent representation. The launch of Buchwald Creators marks a strategic move into the growing creator economy. With Conte and Del Moral on board, the division aims to expand its reach in digital and brand-focused representation. The agency’s new hires and leadership structure signal a push to strengthen its position in the industry.
