Buchrain Village Project to Revitalize Historic Heart with New Homes and Inn
A major generational project in Buchrain is set to transform the village center. Known as Buchrain Village, the development will include new housing, a renovated historic inn, and a modern service hub. Construction is expected to start in 2027, with residential buildings following a year later.
The project will bring over 100 apartments of different sizes, catering to all age groups. Alongside housing, the historic Gasthof Adler will be carefully restored as part of the wider plan.
The Buchrain Village project will reshape the heart of the village over the coming years. With new homes, restored heritage, and improved public services, the development aims to serve residents of all ages. Construction will roll out in stages, starting with the service center and Adler renovations in 2027.
