British Brands Kith and Wilson Introduce Their Courtly Style to the English Market
Kith's Third Court Transformation Hits Birmingham with a 2025 Color Splash
Step aside, Manhattan - Kith has crossed the pond once more! After numerous collaborative efforts with Wilson, this New York powerhouse has set foot in Birmingham, England, to revitalize three courts at Yardley Tennis Club. This revamping initiative supports the charitable organization Give It Your Max, fostering tennis access for under-18 local youth.
The color scheme of our forthcoming Kith-Wilson 2025 line serves as the foundation for this vibrant transformation. Bold blues take over the hard courts, verdant greens grace the grass, and a splash of clay red honors Roland-Garros - all applied with meticulous stencils adorned with collection graphics.
Court number one flaunts Kith's distinctive branding - a deep blue playfield framed by pale blue, showcasing Kith's wordmark in bold on both baselines, with its double "i" dotted by a cheerful yellow ball. Court two salutes Wilson, encased in a navy border, emblazoned with the Wilson script encircled by a soil-toned laurel wreath on either side. The third court harmonizes blue and dark green, donning the joint Kith x Wilson motif, and bearing "Kitch & Kin" across the baselines - an ode to founder Ronnie Fieg's roots in Queens, NY. A discrete "Established in Queens, NY" runs along the court borders as a subtle signature.
At three courts down, this duo's third restoration comes from previous work, including the revamp of Ella Fitzgerald Playground in Queens, NYC, in 2021, and the refurbishment of two courts in Stains, France, in 2023, alongside youth center Fête le Mur.
