In a historic first, the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition crowned its winners on July 5, 2025. The winning duo, BreKa, consisting of Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo, took home the grand prize of P1 million each after garnering 33% of the total votes.
Before entering the PBB house, Mika Salamanca, a popular content creator and actress, had an impressive online following with over 4 million YouTube subscribers and more than 10 million TikTok followers. Brent Manalo, a celebrity associated with Star Magic, the talent agency under ABS-CBN, was also well-known in the entertainment industry. The duo, paired as "MEnt" and later popularly shipped as "MikBrent" by fans, showcased their strong bond and teamwork throughout the competition.
Mika Salamanca captured the hearts of PBB audiences for her genuineness, ability to prove herself, and impressive singing skills. However, her public scrutiny began before entering the PBB house due to misconceptions about her character. The "Controversial Ca-babe-len ng Pampanga" moniker originated from a 2020 incident where she was arrested in Hawaii for breaking COVID-19 quarantine rules. During her speech, Mika expressed her gratitude for her PBB win, stating that it was for her family, supporters, and Brent.
Brent Manalo, a model, actor, and content creator, is also recognized as a style icon for men and young boys.
