Affected Tram Lines:

  • Tram lines 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10 will be affected by detours and temporary suspensions on parts of their routes.

Affected Bus Lines:

  • Bus lines 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 41, 42, and 45 will also be detoured or partially suspended.

Specific Detour Routes and Changes:

  • Tram line 2 will be rerouted between Am Brill and Domsheide. Line 2 will not serve the stops Schlehenweg and Staustraße.
  • Tram line 3 will take a detour between Hansator and Domsheide.
  • Tram line 4 will run a shortened route and will not serve stops in the affected marathon route area in the city center.
  • Tram line 6 will have altered routing, avoiding sections along the marathon course and using alternative streets to maintain service.

Line 28 will be diverted between Universität and Überseestadt-Nord and skip the stops Überseetor, Schuppen 3, Schuppen 1, Konsul-Smidt-Straße, Nürnberger Straße (direction Überseestadt), Landshuter Straße, Hemmstraße, Celsiusstraße, Wiener Straße, Universität-Süd, and Universität/Zentralbereich. During the marathon, line 730 and 740 will not be able to serve the city center and will start and end at Weserpark. During the marathon, regional bus lines 630 and 670 will not be able to serve the city center and will start and end in Borgfeld. Bus line 24 will run in the direction of Rablinghausen between Hauptbahnhof and Westerstraße, and will run a detour in the direction of Neue Vahr Nord. Bus line 22 will end at Kulenkampffallee and will be rerouted in the direction of Kattenturm and Universität. Bus line 26 will be rerouted between Friedrich-Engels-Straße and Pfarrfeldsweg in Habenhausen.
