BossHoss in Dispute: Conflicting Claims over Musical Rights

German rock band The BossHoss, known for their energetic live performances and distinctive fusion of country-rock, rock'n'roll, rockabilly, neoblues, and pop, have released a new single, as yet officially unnamed, featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The single will appear on their upcoming album "Back to the Boots," set for release on September 19, 2025.

Schwarzenegger contributes his iconic line "I'll be back" to the new single, making a powerful statement for climate protection. Proceeds from the song will go directly to the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative, a collaborative effort with significant international impact.

The BossHoss, originating from Berlin, are a seven-piece band that includes Boss Burns (vocals), Hoss Power (vocals and guitar), Hank Williamson (harmonica, mandolin), Russ T. Rocket (guitar), Guss Brooks (upright bass), Frank Doe (drums), and Ernesto Escobar de Tijuana (percussion). They are often accompanied by "The Tijuana Wonderbrass." Their signature style, characterized by a rough-edged charm and a hint of pop appeal, has made them a cult favorite in Germany and beyond.

Due to a lack of reliable sources, the official status of "I'll Be Back" as a new single remains uncertain. The latest officially announced release related to their new work is a cover of "On The Road Again" by Willie Nelson, serving as a thematic pre-order kick-off for "Back To The Boots." If "I'll Be Back" is indeed an unofficial release, a rumored collaboration, or a future project, further confirmation is required.

The new single by German rock band The BossHoss, featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger's iconic line "I'll be back," is not just a musical venture, but a powerful statement for climate protection. Proceeds from the single will support the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative, a collaborative project with significant international impact, blending entertainment, music, and pop-culture with advocacy for a noble cause.
