Borderlands 3 is particularly worth mentioning here. While I found the game's base storyline insufferable, every one of its DLCs is a step up, ranging from acceptable to bloody brilliant.
Gameplay across the titles remains top-notch. Gearbox nailed the looter shooter formula with Borderlands 2, and has only added a few light tweaks since. Clunky dialogue aside, I've yet to play one of these games and not have a good time.
The bundle's a steal for Tales From the Borderlands too. It's a shining example of Telltale's golden age and makes me wish Borderlands 3 had crafted a better story. New Tales From the Borderlands, on the other hand, isn't as polished, but given the value you're getting elsewhere, you can afford to leave it installed—or give it a go, I'm not your mum.
If you're looking to test the waters, you can also grab Borderlands 3 for just $3/£2.50, or the Borderlands 2 Complete Edition with all its DLC for a reasonable $14.50/£11. Both deals offer full-length games at pocket-change prices.
Without Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, the sale is almost complete, but there's still hundreds of hours of looter-shooter fun to be had.
