Additionally, he had a detention warrant from the Görlitz Local Court against him, making him suspected of theft with weapons. Lacking the means to pay the fine on the spot, the Polish citizen was taken to a detention facility.
The third arrest was made at an unspecified location and involved a 46-year-old Pole. He was wanted for leaving the scene of an accident without permission and owing 750.00 euros to the Frankfurt court. The Bautzen Local Court had previously ordered the Polish citizen to pay a fine of 1,600.00 euros for driving without a license.
