Bohnenkamp Expands Into France With Copadex Tire Acquisition

Bohnenkamp SE has acquired Copadex, a long-standing French supplier of agricultural and commercial tires. The deal was announced by Gregor Rüth, CEO of Bohnenkamp, and Bruno Clairay, Copadex’s owner. Both companies see the move as a strategic step for growth in Europe’s largest agricultural market.

Copadex, based in Châlette-sur-Loing, has operated in France since 1980. The company specializes in tires and wheels for farming and commercial vehicles. With around 80 employees and 30,000 square meters of warehouse space, it serves a well-established customer base.

The acquisition marks Bohnenkamp’s entry into France’s agricultural sector. Copadex’s expertise and infrastructure will support the group’s expansion plans. The deal builds on both companies’ shared focus on tires and wheels for farming and industry.
