Body Found on Norfolk Beach Believed to Be Missing Tourist Willem Harvey

A body discovered on a Norfolk beach is thought to be that of missing tourist Willem Harvey. The remains were found in Old Hunstanton on 28 February 2026

Willem Harvey was last seen in the area in January 2026. He was officially reported missing 13 days before his body was located by searcher Ian Mitchelson.

The remains were spotted in the dunes by a holidaymaker

The discovery brings an end to the search for the missing man. Police will continue their work to confirm the identity and establish the circumstances of his death. No further details have been released at this time.
