Legendary musician Bob Weir recently took the stage unexpectedly with the Best of All Worlds band, jamming along with Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, and others for a lively rendition of Montrose's Bad Motor Scooter on May 7. 🎶
Hagar's Las Vegas residency with his Van Halen-honoring band, consisting of Satriani, Michael Anthony, and Kenny Aronoff, is ongoing at the Park MGM. Simultaneously, fellow guitar maestro John Mayer and Weir have been making The Sphere their second home during their second residency at the futuristic venue across the city.
Dead & Company have been taking a well-deserved break, with their tour set to resume on May 9. However, Hagar seized the opportunity to bring Weir up on stage to play the Montrose classic.
