BNW Developments leads Ras Al Khaimah's luxury real estate boom with bold waterfront projects
BNW Developments has become the largest private property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, with a strong focus on luxury and branded residential projects. The company's latest ventures include high-profile waterfront developments, with several key schemes now taking shape across the emirate. One of the most anticipated projects in the region is Aqua Arc, a luxury waterfront development on Al Marjan Island. The island also hosts other major BNW schemes, including Aqua Maya, La Perla, Pelagia, Taj Wellington Mews, FashionTV Acacia, and Tonino Lamborghini Residences.
