In a testament to their exceptional service and sales, 32 BMW dealerships across the United States have been honoured with the prestigious BMW Center of Excellence award. This annual recognition is bestowed upon dealerships that excel in customer experience, sales performance, and service quality.
The BMW Center of Excellence award is a coveted accolade, symbolising the highest honour a BMW Centre can achieve. It is given to those dealerships that consistently demonstrate exceptional achievement in the aforementioned areas, as evaluated based on five different criteria. Whilst the exact detailed criteria are not publicly disclosed, it is clear that these dealerships have set the bar high in terms of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The journey of BMW's presence in the United States began in 1975, with the establishment of the BMW Group to support the sales, marketing, and distribution of BMW automobiles. These dealerships have consistently surpassed their competitors in each of the evaluated categories throughout 2024.
