BMW Championship 2025: Pairings Announced for First Two Rounds
The BMW Championship 2025 is set to tee off at the Caves Valley Golf Club in Baltimore, and the pairings for the first two rounds have been announced. Round 1 (Thursday, August 14, 2025):
The action kicks off on Thursday morning with J.T. Poston teeing off at 9:21 a.m. ET. He will be followed by Xander Schauffele and Michael Kim at 9:32 a.m., Kurt Kitayama and Thomas Detry at 9:43 a.m., and Ryan Fox and Taylor Pendrith at 9:54 a.m.
The highly anticipated pairing of Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy will tee off at 11:16 a.m. ET, while Justin Rose and JJ Spaun, who faced each other in a playoff last week, will tee off at 11:38 a.m.
Round 2 (Friday, August 15, 2025):
Friday's round will see some exciting matchups, including Justin Thomas playing alongside Tommy Fleetwood, Cameron Young and Ludvig Åberg, and Tom Hoge and Bud Cauley. Rory McIlroy, who is returning to the PGA Tour for the first time since The Open, will tee off at 11:05 a.m. ET, followed by J.T. Poston at 11:38 a.m.
Scottie Scheffler, who finished in a T3rd at TPC Southwind and strengthened his grip on the number one spot in the FedEx Cup rankings, will tee off at 11:16 a.m. ET. Justin Rose and JJ Spaun, who have been paired together for the first two rounds, will tee off at 11:05 a.m. and 11:38 a.m., respectively.
In the UK, the BMW Championship can be watched from 5:00 p.m. BST on Thursday to 11:00 p.m. BST on Sunday on Sky Sports Golf. In the US, the tournament can be watched from 2:00 p.m. ET on Thursday to 6:00 p.m. ET on Sunday on Golf Channel/NBC Sports App and NBC/Peacock.
