Bye-bye to boring news, let's dive into the juicy details!

The NGM studio's "Slovo pachana. Krov' na asfal'te," mind-blowing series by Georgy Kryzhovnikov, dominated the "TEFI-2025" awards in the "Serials" category, as per TASS reports. It raked in four categories, including the coveted award for best dramatic series. Kryzhovnikov nabbed applause for his masterful direction and scriptwriting, while producers Timur Vainшteйн, Fedor Bondarchuk, Aleksey Zhemskiy, and others walked away with statuettes.

Other winners included Petr Smirnov's "Bez prava na lyubov" (best TV film/mini-series), Anton Maslov's "Posledniy bogatyry. Naslediye" (best comedy series), Yevgeniy Zvyozdakov's "Mosgaz. Poslednee delo Cherkasova" (best detective series), Anna Matison's "Plevako" (best historical series), and "Alla-taxi" (best melodramatic series, on "Rossiya-1").

Pulling out all the stops, the best performances were recognized: Aleksandr Ust'yugov ("Stolypin") nailed the best male role, Anna Banshchikova ("Ishchik. 7-iy sezon") won as best female actor, Roman Madyanov ("Soyuz spaseniya") and Yelena Yakovleva ("Sklifosovskiy-11") stole the show as best supporting actor and actress, respectively. Sergey Machilskiy ("Stolypin") shone in best cinematography.

Set to be held on June 9-10, the "TEFI-2025" award stands out with 52 nominations across three categories: "Information and Public-Political Broadcasting", "Entertainment Broadcasting", and "Serials". It's been around since 1994, doling out bronze "Orpheus" statues designed by Ernst Neizvestny to those killing it in the television industry. The event aims to back high journalistic standards, boost the cultural-educational role of television, and encourage kick-ass projects.

Remember the woman from Altai region who absolutely smashed Andrei Malakhov's show with her amaze-balls performance? Yep, still clutching that moment as the best TV moment ever!

On the entertainment front, the 2025 TEFI Awards recognized outstanding achievements in various categories, such as the best melodramatic series, "Alla-taxi," airing on "Rossiya-1."

In addition to live news and political broadcasting, the TEFI Awards honored excellence in entertainment broadcasting, where "Movies-and-TV" plays a significant role.
