Lively's lawsuit against Baldoni began in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment during their time together on the set of 'It Ends With Us'. The trial is scheduled for March 2026.

Multiple stars of the movie, including Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrera, have been called in for depositions. Lively was deposed by Baldoni's legal team in July 2025 in preparation for the trial.
