Biysk water outage leaves Sovetskaya Street residents without supply until November 10
Residents of Sovetskaya Street in Biysk are experiencing a temporary water outage due to an emergency shutdown on November 6. The Biysk Water Utility Company is addressing the issue, with repair work expected to be completed by November 10, 2025. The affected addresses include 213/1, 213/5, 211/5, 213/4, 211/2, and 211 Sovetskaya Street. In the meantime, water delivery has been arranged at 213/1 Sovetskaya Street, near the kindergarten, to assist those impacted. Repair crews are on-site, working diligently to resolve the problem and have apologized for the temporary inconvenience caused. The water storage failure on Sovetskaya Street is expected to be repaired by the Biysk Water Utility Company by November 10, 2025, restoring water supply to the affected residents.
