Biographical Film Features Unni Mukundan as Prime Minister Narendra Modi; Unveils Initial Poster Reveal
The highly anticipated biopic, Maa Vande, has been announced, with Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan set to play India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The film, which will depict Modi's life from childhood to his political career, including his bond with his mother, Smt. Heeraben Modi, has already stirred excitement among fans.
The first-look poster of the film was shared in various languages by Silver Cast Creations and Mukundan himself on his X handle, accompanied by the hashtag #MaaVande. The poster showcases an intense and captivating image of Mukundan as Modi, promising a cinematic spectacle.
The film will be directed by Kranthi Kumar CH, with National Award-winning editor Sreekar Prasad handling the editing, and Baahubali fame cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar in charge of the camera work. Sabu Cyril will take care of the production design, while King Solomon will choreograph the action sequences. Ravi Basrur, known for his scores in KGF and Salaar, will compose the music for Maa Vande.
The filmmakers aim to make Maa Vande on a grand scale, with top technicians, VFX, and a cinematic spectacle. The biopic was announced on the occasion of Modi's 75th birthday, and the release date is yet to be announced.
