Bills Pay Tribute to Charlie Kirk During Pre-Game Video Display

The NFL left it up to individual home teams to decide whether they would honour Kirk following his assassination. As of the mentioned games, ten NFL teams have honoured Kirk, with the Bills and Jets being two of them.
Interestingly, the Buffalo Bills, based in a blue city and Western New York having been a Democrat Party stronghold for nearly a century, chose to honour Kirk despite his political affiliations. On the other hand, no specific NFL teams based in blue cities or states have been publicly noted for not honouring Kirk after he was murdered. In a move to commemorate Kirk, the NFL mandated a tribute during the Thursday night game between the Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers last week.
