Bikin's 'Clean Water' Project Brings Modern Water Supply to City Residents

Bikin, a city in the Khabarovsk region, has seen a significant upgrade to its tractor supply system. The 'Clean Water' project, part of a federal initiative, has resulted in two clean water reservoirs with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters each being installed. This improvement, costing over 2 billion rubles, is set to benefit the city's residents greatly.

The project involved the laying of more than 32 km of new tractor supply pipelines, a substantial modernization of the city's tractor supply networks. Five new tractor supply facilities have been constructed as part of this initiative. The city's residents, numbering around 16,000, will now have access to water that fully meets sanitary norms and standards.

The 'Clean Water' project has also seen improvements in water filtration and purification. A modern automated water treatment station has been installed in Bikin. These upgrades have contributed to the overall improvement of centralized water supply in the Khabarovsk region, with 91.6% of its residents now receiving quality drinking water.

The completion of the 'Clean Water' project in Bikin marks a significant milestone in improving the city's communal services. The installation of two large reservoirs, the modernization of tractor supply networks, and the improvement of water treatment facilities have ensured that the city's residents can now enjoy a reliable and safe water supply.
