Biker sustains severe injuries in collision incident
On Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 7:15 PM, a motorcyclist was severely injured in a collision at the intersection of Batheyer Street/Dortmunder Street in Hagen-Boele, Germany.
The incident involved a 73-year-old motorcyclist who was attempting to turn right towards Hohensyburg. According to reports, the motorcyclist came to a stop at the stop sign to check traffic before making the turn. However, a 39-year-old driver in a Ford collided with the motorcycle, stating that he believed the motorcyclist had already resumed driving.
As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist was thrown to the side and sustained severe injuries. The driver of the Ford was unharmed. An ambulance was called to the scene, and the motorcyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment.
