Biker deliberately crashes into teenagers at a bus station in Osnabrück, swiftly flees the scene
On the morning of Monday, 11th August, an incident occurred at Eberleplatz in Osnabrück-Haste, involving a cyclist and a 17-year-old pedestrian.
