Biden reckons Trump intentionally bogged down his administration, particularly by obstructing immigration policy. But he admitted his crew was lousy at blowing their own horn, saying, "We weren't as slick as him at bragging about our wins." Seems like some accomplishments slipped under the radar 'cause they didn't make a flashy entrance.
