Best Mart 360 reports revenue growth but lower profits in 2025 results
Best Mart 360 Holdings Limited has reported its financial results for the year ending 31 December 2025. The company saw a modest rise in revenue, though profits fell compared to 2024. Membership numbers and store expansion also showed growth during the period. The Group's revenue reached approximately HK$2,867,695,000 in 2025, up by around 2.2% from the previous year. Gross profit rose slightly by 0.7% to HK$1,035,074,000, though the gross profit margin dipped from 36.6% to 36.1%. Profit attributable to owners, however, declined to HK$219,730,000 from HK$245,901,000 in 2024.
Membership grew by about 5.1%, rising from 2,280,418 in 2024 to 2,395,862 by the end of 2025. The company also expanded its retail footprint, operating 183 stores after opening 10 new outlets and closing 3. Under its dual-brand strategy, the Group plans to add a net 10 stores each year to serve different customer groups. Sales from private label products hit HK$520,821,000, making up 18.2% of total revenue. The product range was streamlined, dropping from 3,653 SKUs in 2024 to 3,425 in 2025. During the year, the company introduced popular Mainland brands and partnered with Foodpanda for grocery deliveries.
Best Mart 360's revenue and membership numbers increased in 2025, despite a drop in overall profit. The company continues to expand its store network while refining its product offerings. The focus on private labels and digital partnerships remains central to its strategy.
