DJK Limes continued their impressive form in the league with a dominating 4-1 win over FSV Berngau. The game, which took place on a sunny afternoon, saw the home team take an early lead and never look back.

The first half ended with DJK Limes leading 1-0, thanks to a goal by Bastian Dinkelmeyer in the 7th minute of the game. Dinkelmeyer, who scored his debut goal for the team, capitalised on a long throw involving goalkeeper Scholz to put DJK Limes in the lead.

FSV Berngau had a chance before halftime, but a forward shot went wide, leaving the home team with a comfortable lead at the break.

After the restart, DJK Limes maintained their dominance, with Nikola Stojanovic scoring the second goal in the 62nd minute. The goal, assisted by Benedikt Brannert, was scored from 20 meters out, extending DJK Limes' lead against FSV Berngau.

Marco Frei added a third goal for DJK Limes in the 76th minute, making the score 4-0. The goal came from a penalty, awarded due to a verbal altercation after a foul on Julian Beck.

FSV Berngau started the second half better but did not create any clear chances against DJK Limes. The visitors did manage to score a consolation goal in the dying minutes, with Johannes Lang converting a penalty.

Despite this, FSV Berngau remains winless and is still on two points in the league. On the other hand, DJK Limes currently leads the table with a three-point advantage over SG Thalmässing/Eysölden and SC Pollanten.

Looking ahead, DJK Limes will be looking to continue their winning streak when they take on Henger SV at home on August 31, at 3 pm. The team will be hoping to build on their impressive start to the season and challenge for the league title.
