Berezovsky District Announces Major Infrastructure and School Upgrades by 2027
The Berezovsky Municipal District in Sverdlovsk Region is set for major upgrades in 2026. Governor Denis Pasler recently outlined plans for infrastructure and educational improvements across the area. Work is already underway, with contracts signed and schedules confirmed by local officials. Berezovsky School No. 2 will undergo a full modernisation, with all required paperwork now finalised. The project is expected to wrap up by 2027, though details on other schools in the district remain undisclosed.
Utility repairs will cover multiple areas. Over 2.3 km of water pipelines in Monetny will be replaced, while Klyuchevsk's wastewater systems are also due for an upgrade. The Fevralskaya pumping station will receive a full overhaul as part of the wider improvements.
Heating networks in selected parts of the district will see upgrades starting on May 15, 2026. Yevgeny Pistsov, head of the Berezovsky Municipal District, confirmed to Governor Pasler that all projects are progressing as planned. The district's infrastructure push forms part of the broader Communal Infrastructure Modernization initiative. Repairs and upgrades will target schools, water systems, and heating networks over the next two years. Officials have stated that all work remains on track for completion by the set deadlines.
