Bengals crush Ravens’ streak as Joe Burrow shines in second-half surge

The Cincinnati Bengals ended the Baltimore Ravens’ five-game winning streak with a decisive 32-14 victory. Quarterback Joe Burrow led the way in the second half, extending their lead with multiple touchdown drives. Despite early struggles in the red zone, the Bengals secured the win on Sunday.

The Bengals started strong with a 10-play drive, but it ended in a field goal. Their offense continued to stall near the goal line, settling for short kicks instead of touchdowns. Joe Burrow, returning from a turf toe injury, showed flashes of brilliance but couldn’t convert drives into full scores early on.

The Ravens had their chances. Lamar Jackson fumbled deep in his own territory, handing Cincinnati a turnover on downs. Later, Isaiah Likely dropped a potential touchdown pass in the end zone, resulting in a touchback. Derrick Henry did manage a 28-yard rushing score, but it wasn’t enough to shift momentum.

In the second half, the Bengals took control. Burrow orchestrated multiple touchdown drives, stretching their lead. The Ravens’ defence struggled to contain Cincinnati’s rhythm, while their own offensive mistakes proved costly. By the final whistle, the Bengals had sealed a 32-14 win.

The victory marks a turning point for Cincinnati, ending Baltimore’s recent dominance. Burrow’s performance, despite early red-zone issues, proved pivotal. Meanwhile, the Ravens’ errors—turnovers and missed opportunities—ultimately decided the game.
