Beijing Hosts Groundbreaking Energy Storage Expo in 2026

The 14th Energy Storage International Conference and Expo opened in Beijing on April 1, 2026. Running until April 3, the event brings together over 800 leading exhibitors from across the energy sector. Attendees are getting their first look at the latest innovations in storage technology and smart energy solutions. The four-day conference began on March 31, with a focus on emerging trends in energy storage. Key segments include data centre optimisation, AI-driven energy management, and advancements in smart manufacturing for the energy industry. The full hydrogen energy chain is also a major topic of discussion.

More than 150 new-energy storage products are being unveiled for the first time. These range from improved battery systems to integrated solutions for renewable energy grids. Exhibitors are showcasing technologies designed to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and support global sustainability goals.

The event highlights the rapid growth of the energy storage market.
