Bearman, Oliver is facing potential severe punishment in the racing world of Formula One, shaking in the city of Baku.

In the world of Formula 1, the 2025 Monza races saw Oliver Bearman, driving for the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, finish 12th in the Italian Grand Prix held at Autodromo Nazionale Monza. However, Bearman's performance was overshadowed by a penalty he received during the race.

Bearman has accepted the penalty from Monza and respects the FIA's racing rules. However, he feels he has been treated unfairly due to the penalty, particularly regretting the four penalty points he received in Monaco for a red flag incident, which he believes he had done everything to avoid a dangerous situation.

The Monza penalty was not subject to a 'Right of Review' by Haas, as the application should have been filed within four days after the incident. Bearman admits that he made a mistake in Silverstone, but he did not actively clarify his position on the radio after a similar incident in Monza, which may have resulted in his escape from punishment.

Bearman's five penalties this season, three of which resulted in penalty points, have put him at the top of the Formula 1 drivers' penalty list with ten of the allowed twelve points. This has put him at risk of a potential racing ban in the Formula 1 2025 season.

Another penalty will result in a weekend on the sidelines for Bearman, a situation he acknowledges is challenging, as fighting for World Championship points while avoiding all risks is not easy. Bearman suggests that he could make life easier for himself with the race stewards by employing more politics on the Formula 1 team radio.

Interestingly, Gabriel Bortoleto, the Sauber driver, was acquitted of a similar offense in Monza. Bearman supports the reversal of the penalty in the case of Carlos Sainz vs. Liam Lawson, stating that the decision could have been made more quickly if they had spoken to the drivers.

Williams was successful with the 'Right of Review' procedure last weekend, reversing a penalty against Carlos Sainz. Bearman plans to avoid risks in upcoming races to prevent the maximum penalty. Despite his frustrations, Bearman remains committed to respecting the FIA's racing rules and competing at the highest level in Formula 1.
