BDO and SM Supermalls reunite Filipino families at *Pamaskong Handog* 2024

BDO Unibank Inc. (BDO) and SM Supermalls are once again hosting Pamaskong Handog, their annual celebration for overseas Filipinos (OFs). The event honours the hard work of OFs while bringing families closer, even when miles apart. This year’s gatherings will take place in two key locations across the country.

The tradition of Pamaskong Handog began over a decade ago as a way to thank Filipino migrant workers around the world. The idea came from BDO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, who wanted to create a meaningful way to recognise OFs’ contributions.

The Pamaskong Handog events on December 6 and 13 will provide a space for OFs and their families to reconnect. Through entertainment, prizes, and shared experiences, the celebration reinforces gratitude for their sacrifices. The tradition remains a key moment for Filipino communities to come together each year.
