Stuttgart's CEO, Alexander Wehrle, has announced that everything regarding the club's transfer business should be sorted out by the kick-off of the Supercup clash between Bayern Munich and Stuttgart this Saturday at 20:30 CET.

The Supercup clash will take place in Stuttgart, with Bayern Munich looking to defend their title against the home team. However, the transfer saga surrounding Kingsley Coman has cast a shadow over the upcoming match.

Kingsley Coman was not part of Bayern Munich's squad in their recent friendly match against Grasshopper Club Zürich due to illness. Christoph Freund, Bayern Munich's sporting director, has commented on the transfer situation, stating that there has been excessive talk and speculation.

The possible transfer of Coman to Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr could impact Bayern Munich's financial situation, as the deal is reported to be worth around €30 million. The transfer fee is yet to be finalised, but it has been confirmed that Coman will join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, João Félix, and Iñigo Martínez at Al-Nassr.

Initially, the Coman sale to Al-Nassr seemed to facilitate Bayern’s plans to sign Nick Woltemade from VfB Stuttgart. However, recent reports indicate that Bayern may no longer be pursuing Woltemade actively, as Stuttgart's deadline to allow the transfer may be closing soon, and their interest has waned. Max Eberl, Bayern’s sporting director, confirmed that Bayern was no longer targeting Woltemade recently.

The transfer of Coman creates financial flexibility for Bayern Munich, but it seems they might now be prioritising other options or transfer targets instead. A higher transfer fee from Bayern Munich than the previously reported up to 55 million euros could potentially reignite the negotiations for Woltemade.

The German champions recently won their final friendly match against Grasshopper Club Zürich with a score of 2:1. Despite the ongoing transfer drama, Bayern Munich will be aiming to start their competitive season on a high note against Stuttgart in the Supercup clash this Saturday.
