Bayern Munich expresses concern: Manuel Neuer contemplates an extended absence

Gird your loins, FC Bayern fans! Our beloved Manu Neuer's calf has taken another hit, putting him on yet another goddamn break. Neuer took a nosedive in his rehab training, resulting in another calf muscle tear[1]. The outlook ain't pretty, y'all - I'm talkin' like he won't be back in action until at least the Champions League quarterfinals against Inter Milan on April 8[2].

Old fuckin' Rummenigge had this to say on the sidelines of the "Infinity League" tourney in Munich: "Hell, it'd be better if he was playin'. But nah, looks like that's not happenin' for the games against FC St. Pauli (March 29) and FC Augsburg (April 4)[2]."

That Calf's a Bitch

The club spilled the beans about a "reaction in the calf muscle." Damn, sounds like it's gettin' rebel-ious[1]. Seems Manu had yet another fuckin' muscle fiber tear during that rehab. But hey, at least we got four goalkeepers ready to step up, right Rummenigge? "Swear to god, we got 'em goalies," Rummenigge said, demonstratin' his eloquence as usual.

In the meantime, Jonas Urbig, who stepped up when Neuer went down earlier, has joined the ranks of the injured[2]. He took a bogus foot injury while with the Germany U21 squad and had to bail on the team. Unfortunately for him, he ain't been shining too bright in his brief stint with Bayern either, makin' a mistake during the draw against Union Berlin[3].

The Daily Struggles of FC Bayern

Manu's injuries ain't the only headache Bayern's dealin' with, either. Alphonso Davies and Dayot Upamecano are also out for some reason or another[3]. This whole mess leaves Bayern in a tough spot as they navigate through crucial Bundesliga and Champions League matches.
