Over the course of two years, the man transferred money to the scammer multiple times, with over 50 transactions in total. In September 2023, the man decided to travel to Kyrgyzstan to find his supposed partner after another money demand. The perpetrator of the romance scam has not been publicly identified, and the man from Cham district has lost a six-figure sum.
