Russia's Trampoline Stars Shine in Yekaterinburg

The Russian Championship in trampoline, held in Yekaterinburg, saw some impressive performances from the country's top athletes. The event, which attracted the strongest trampolinists in Russia, also served as a qualifier for the World Championship.

In the individual trampoline competition, Anna Epifanova from Khabarovsk took home the second-place medal. Her partner in the synchronized trampoline event, Elena Kalashnikova, also hailing from Khabarovsk, finished just short of gold, with their combination not quite earning enough difficulty points.

The trampoline competition was reported by the "Khabarovsk Krai Today" news agency, and it was clear that the region's trampolinists were a force to be reckoned with. Epifanova and Kalashnikova showcased their impressive skills and synchronization throughout the competition.

Another standout performer from Khabarovsk was Mikhail Andreyko, who won the bronze medal in the double mini-trampoline competition for juniors aged 15-16. In addition, Andreyko took third place in the individual trampoline competition for youth aged 13-14.

The medalists in the national trampoline competition included Andrey Yudin, Viktoria Andreeva, and Aleksandr Smirnov. However, it was Epifanova and Kalashnikova who stole the show in the Khabarovsk region.

In the synchronized trampoline event, Epifanova and Kalashnikova's strong performance was evident, as they demonstrated excellent synchronization and skill. While they may have missed out on the gold, their efforts did not go unnoticed.

The trampoline competition was held in the Khabarovsk region, and it was clear that the region's athletes were determined to make their mark on the national stage. With their impressive performances, Epifanova and Kalashnikova certainly did just that.
