Fire-Protection Firm BMA365 Takes the Reins as Bamberg Basketball's New Sponsor

Get ready for some fresh hoops action in Bamberg! The once champion basketball team from this Franconian city is about to hit the court under a new moniker. With BMA365 stepping in as the naming sponsor, they're all set to rock the Bundesliga as the BMA365 Bamberg Baskets.
BMA365, based in Erlangen and Mettmann, operates in the cutting-edge field of fire alarm technology – the "Brandmeldebranche." Known for their innovation and industry-leading role, they serve a wide range of clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and beyond[1][2][4][5].
"This naming sponsorship is a significant stride for us to safeguard the future of Bamberg basketball. I can't wait to join forces with BMA365 and our many other sponsors to celebrate more victories," said the team's managing director, Philipp Höhne. Last season, the Bamberg team concluded at 15th spot in the Bundesliga.
Previously, the team went by Brose Baskets and Brose Bamberg, bagging the championship an impressive 7 times between 2010 and 2017. However, in the summer of 2023, the automotive supplier who was their sole shareholder, Brose, relinquished control. The shares were acquired by the Schraner-Group, which includes BMA 365 GmbH[3].
