In a heartwarming ceremony in Texas, NBA star Alex Caruso and his long-time partner Haleigh Broucher exchanged vows on Saturday night. The happy couple, who met as students at Texas A&M University, celebrated their union surrounded by family, friends, and teammates.

Caruso, a key contributor for the Oklahoma City Thunder during the 2025 NBA Finals, began his professional career with the Thunder's training camp. After going undrafted out of Texas A&M in 2016, Caruso honed his skills with the Thunder's G League affiliate, the OKC Blue, before making his NBA debut.

In the 2024-25 season, Caruso finished his first season with the Thunder, averaging 7.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.6 steals, and 19.3 minutes per contest in 54 games (3 starts). His impressive performance earned him a four-year, $81 million contract extension through the 2028-29 season, signed in December 2024.

During the 2025 NBA Finals, Caruso was a vital cog in the Thunder's championship squad, averaging 10.1 points per game. He shot 44.6% from the field and 35.3% from 3-point range.

Caruso's teammates from the Thunder, including Chet Holmgren, Cason Wallace, Jaylin Williams, Lu Dort, Branden Carlson, Isaiah Hartenstein, and Isaiah Joe, were in attendance at the wedding. The festivities were preceded by Broucher's bachelorette party in Mexico.

Broucher, a PhD candidate in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University, rose to fame as a contestant on season 20 of Big Brother. She placed seventh and was a top three candidate for "America's Favorite Player". After the show, she dated American TV personality Faysal Shafaat, but they later split in July 2020.

Before her reality TV stint, Broucher graduated from Texas A&M with a psychology degree and went on to found her own swimwear brand, Evoke Collection. The couple's wedding was posted about on Instagram and Twitter, with well-wishes pouring in from fans and friends alike.

As the newlyweds embark on this new chapter of their lives, they look forward to continued success in their respective careers and a future filled with love and happiness.
