The 2023 season of "Friday Night Baseball" is set to captivate baseball fans on Apple TV+, as the tech giant announces its lineup of marquee matchups throughout the regular season.

Starting from April 7, fans in the U.S. and Canada will have the opportunity to watch live broadcasts of two exciting games every Friday. The schedule for the first half of the season, through June 30, has been announced, with a variety of teams set to take the field.

On April 7, the San Diego Padres will face off against the Atlanta Braves, while the Texas Rangers will square off against the Chicago Cubs. Fans of the Arizona Diamondbacks can catch their team playing against the Los Angeles Angels on June 30 at 9:30 p.m. ET, and the Kansas City Royals will face the Milwaukee Brewers on May 12 at 8 p.m. ET.

Other notable games include the Philadelphia Phillies taking on the Houston Astros on April 28, the Chicago White Sox battling the Detroit Tigers on May 26, and the Seattle Mariners playing against the Los Angeles Angels on June 9.

For those who can't make it to the stadium, radio broadcasts will be available for both home and away teams during "Friday Night Baseball" games. Fans in the U.S. and Canada will have the option to listen to the audio of the local radio broadcasts, providing a unique and immersive experience.

Each game will be produced by MLB Network's Emmy Award-winning production team in partnership with Apple, ensuring top-quality production. Live pre- and postgame coverage will be hosted by a team of experienced analysts, including Lauren Gardner, Siera Santos, Xavier Scruggs, Matt Joyce, Russell Dorsey, Brian Gorman, and Dale Scott. The announcer booths will feature a roster of talented announcers, such as Wayne Randazzo, Dontrelle Willis, Heidi Watney, Alex Faust, Ryan Spilborghs, and Tricia Whitaker.

In addition to the live games, Apple TV+ will offer additional content, although availability may vary by region. Eligible customers who purchase and activate a new Apple device can enjoy three months of Apple TV+ for free. The streaming service is available for $6.99 (US) per month with a seven-day free trial.
